Therapy Services

Telehealth Therapy for Adults

I provide individual therapy for adults navigating chronic illness, disability, medical trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, identity shifts, and the emotional complexity of living in a body that doesn’t always cooperate. My work is grounded in lived experience, clinical training, and a disability‑affirming, trauma‑informed lens.

You don’t have to mask, minimize, or prove your pain here. You get to show up exactly as you are — flaring, foggy, overwhelmed, hopeful, grieving, angry, or exhausted — and we build from there.

How I Structure Sessions

My work is person‑centered, collaborative, and flexible. You set the goals, and we shape sessions around what you need that day. Healing isn’t linear — and your therapy shouldn’t be either.

Examples of What This Can Look Like:

  • Advocacy & Communication Practice

Role‑playing conversations, building scripts, and practicing assertiveness skills for medical appointments, work, or relationships.

  • Executive Dysfunction Support

Using part of our session for case management — organizing appointments, making calls, breaking tasks into steps, or creating systems that work with your energy and capacity.

  • Trauma Work with ART

When you’re ready, we can use Accelerated Resolution Therapy to process trauma, phobias, distressing memories, and difficult‑to‑shift behaviors.Phobia Reduction ART can be especially helpful for needle phobia and other medical‑related fears.

  • Parts Work

Exploring internal conflicts, emotional stuck points, and the different parts of you that are trying to cope.

  • Grief Work

Making space for the tenderness, anger, numbness, and meaning‑making that grief requires.
